Job Description
- Experience in residential construction projects.
- Manage end-to-end construction activities from planning through execution and handover.
- Robust knowledge of civil construction, site execution, and construction methodologies.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, manpower, and materials.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve site issues and execution challenges to ensure timely completion.
- Strong team management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
