Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Finance Manager to establish and lead our internal finance, accounts, and payroll team. He/she will lead our outsourced partner with and develop some inhouse functions. This person needs to oversee : our general ledger, end-to-end payroll (350+ employees), direct & indirect taxation, and monthly management reporting (MIS).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Monthly Close: - Supervise day-to-day general accounting, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR). - Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of books with accurate reconciliations. - Maintain Fixed Asset registers, prepaid schedules, and inter-company balances.

2. Payroll Oversight: - Supervise the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for 350+ employees alongside the HR/Payroll team. - Ensure accurate deductions, disbursements, Full & Final (FnF) settlements, and query resolutions.

3. Statutory & Tax Compliance: - Direct Taxes: Timely deduction and deposit of TDS; preparation and quarterly filing of 24Q and 26Q. - Indirect Taxes: Accurate GST computation, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing, and monthly 2B vs. Purchase Register reconciliations. - Labor Compliances: Coordinate monthly computation and payment of PF, ESIC, and Qualified Tax (PT). - Manage statutory, internal,



and tax audits with external auditors.

4. MIS & Financial Reporting: - Prepare detailed monthly MIS reports (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Variance Analysis, and Burn Rate) by the 7th of every month. - Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and departmental profitability analyses.

5. Team Leadership & Process Setup: - Manage, mentor, and review the work of 12 accounts/payroll executives and our outsourced partner. Build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Maker-Checker workflows, and internal controls.

Required Qualifications & Skills: -

- Commerce Graduate / Inter-CA / MBA (Finance) with 8-12 years of relevant corporate accounting experience.

- Hands on experience of TDS/GST/ Tally software

-- Prior experience working in the IT/ITES, Analytics, or Tech Services industry is highly preferred.

- In-depth, practical knowledge of Indian GAAP, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and corporate tax regulations. -

Hands-on expertise with ERP/Accounting platforms (Tally Prime) and Payroll/HRMS software (Keka, GreytHR, etc.).

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Data modeling, XLOOKUP, Pivot tables, financial modeling).

- Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
