Indus Medica is seeking an experienced Senior SEO & Digital Growth Manager to manage and grow the online presence of healthcare organizations serving patients and physicians in the United States.

This is not simply a social-media posting position. We are looking for an SEO professional who can take ownership of organic search growth, local SEO, website optimization, content strategy, authority building and digital lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute SEO strategies for U.S.-based healthcare websites.

* Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawling, indexing, site architecture and Core Web Vitals issues.

* Conduct keyword, competitor and search-intent research.

* Optimize service, physician and location pages for U.S. local search.

* Develop ethical, high-quality backlink and digital outreach strategies.

* Manage Google Business Profiles and local SEO campaigns.

* Develop SEO-focused content plans in collaboration with physicians and writers.

* Optimize internal linking, metadata, schema and structured data.

* Monitor Google Search Console and GA4.

* Use Ahrefs/Semrush/Screaming Frog or similar professional SEO tools.

* Improve visibility across traditional search and emerging AI/AEO/GEO search.

* Coordinate LinkedIn, Facebook,



Instagram and YouTube strategy.

* Produce monthly reports showing rankings, organic traffic, leads, conversions and ROI.

Required Qualifications

* 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.

* Demonstrated success improving organic rankings and traffic.

* Robust technical, on-page, off-page and local SEO knowledge.

* Excellent written English.

* Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline; equivalent professional SEO experience considered.

Strongly Preferred

* Experience with U.S. healthcare/medical websites.

* Experience with multi-location healthcare businesses.

* Ahrefs/Semrush and Screaming Frog expertise.

* WordPress experience.

* Healthcare content and medical terminology familiarity.

* AEO/GEO/AI-search optimization experience.
