Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer calls and provide technical assistance.
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate troubleshooting solutions.
- Resolve technical queries within the defined process guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.





Candidate Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Gurgaon/Gurugram location.
