- Manage daily branch operations and service delivery.
- Ensure AML/KYC, audit, and regulatory compliance.
- Authorize customer transactions and service requests.
- Oversee lobby management and reduce customer wait times.
- Monitor cash, FX, and Traveler's Cheque operations.
- Resolve customer complaints within defined TAT.
- Control operational risks and ensure error-free processing.
- Lead, guide, and support branch staff performance.
