We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers / Customer Relationship Executives to join our team in Surat.

This role is suitable for freshers candidates, college students, housewives, and experienced candidates looking for flexible part-time or full-time work.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products/services.
- Handle enquiries and follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into customers.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
- Build professional relationships with customers.

What We're Looking For

- 10th pass or above, graduates preferred.
- Freshers are welcome training will be provided.




- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Basic English are an advantage.
- Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
