Role & responsibilities
- Manage new product industrialization (NPD) by coordinating production readiness and process validation.
- Should have strong knowledge in APQP,PFMEA,PPAP
- Lead identification, execution, and monitoring of customer milestones and RFQ from marketing update the process costing of recent product, also monitor the customer milestones, ensure adherence of all the events supply from proto parts also necessary documents.
- Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and enhance existing ones to meet customer and market requirements.

- Candidates should have strong knowledge in NPD process
