Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for US IT positions through various channels such as DICE, Job Diva, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment from initial screening to offer extension, ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates who meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers extended.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment (W2 or C2C).
- Proficiency in using tools like Dice, Job Diva, LinkedIn Recruiter etc. for sourcing candidates.
- Solid understanding of US Staffing regulations and compliance requirements.
