Role & responsibilities
Role Description:
- Provide 24x7 Application Maintenance (AM) support for iSeries applications
- Monitor and manage job schedulers, message monitors, work management, and job management on AS400
- Troubleshoot issues related to IBM MQ concepts and integrations
- Perform change management activities using ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Application Maintenance (AM) Support
- Banking domain experience
- Robust proficiency in AS400 CL & RPG programming
Desired Skills:
- Hands-on experience with job schedulers & message monitors
- Good knowledge of IBM MQ
- Experience in work management & job management on iSeries
- Familiarity with Change Management processes and ServiceNow (SNOW
