Role & responsibilities :
* Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
* Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
* Explain NIA EV scooters, features, pricing and offers.
* Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate test rides.
* Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
* Maintain customer details and daily enquiry records.
* Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirement candidate profile :
* Female candidates with good communication and a pleasant personality.
* Tamil & English communication required.
* Hindi is an advantage.
* Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
* Customer service or sales experience preferred.
* Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
