- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls.
- Meet daily sales targets by upselling/cross-selling products to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Provide excellent verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in telesales or related field.
- Robust English and Hindi language proficiency (verbal communication).
- Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
