Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for recent hires, covering both technical and soft skills.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop interactive learning materials and assessments.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to ensure effective process implementation.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and create targeted training solutions.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members to ensure seamless process execution.

Job Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an international BPO or call center environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
- Experience as a process trainer is preferred.
- Familiarity with banking processes and international BPO operations is desirable.
