Role & responsibilities
- Manage the companys fleet of vans
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers, documents, and usage.
- vehicle allocation and availability.
- Driver recruitment
- Driver Management
- Schedule preventive maintenance and servicing.
- Coordinate repairs, inspections, and breakdown support.
- Track maintenance costs and vehicle downtime.
- Coordinate with garages, dealerships, insurance companies, fuel providers, GPS providers, and vehicle-rental companies.
