Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service and satisfaction.
- Oversee complete restaurant operations, including planning, execution, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through effective menu pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work workplace.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in hotel management or related field (BHM).
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage industry trends, products, and services.
- Excellent guest handling skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
