Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with over 10 years of professional experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience in government programs and digital health initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Track project performance and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.
- Mentor team members and support their career development.

Stakeholder Management

- Engage with senior leadership, government officials, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and steering committee reviews.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project-related challenges effectively.

Government Programme Management

- Plan and manage government-funded or public sector programs.




- Ensure compliance with government regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with multiple agencies and departments for seamless project execution.

Digital Health Initiatives

- Support the planning and implementation of digital health programs and healthcare transformation projects.
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to drive technology adoption and process improvements.
- Monitor program outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Communication & Reporting

- Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, project reports, and business documents.
- Deliver clear and concise communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Present project updates and recommendations to leadership teams.

Technology & Process Improvement

- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) for project management and reporting.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, project tracking, decision-making, and reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
