- Overall Experience & Domain Expertise: Possess over 8+ years of core engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering technical leadership in large, multi-year R&D; programs within the Aerospace, Automotive, or high-tech product development sectors.
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Ownership: Act as the primary technical SPOC and bridge between diverse engineering teams, translating complex cross-functional Model-Based Definition (MBD) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Core Systems Engineering Frameworks: Demonstrate deep, practical knowledge of systems engineering principles, driving compliance and implementation based on INCOSE 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0 standards to advance enterprise-level engineering methodologies.
- Advanced Systems Modeling (CAMEO): Exhibit hands-on expertise in authoring, managing, and reviewing architectural models using Cameo Systems Modeler / MagicDraw and Teamwork Cloud (TWC) for cooperative, multi-user system design.
- Digital Thread & Integration (Syndeia):



Leverage Syndeia to build, manage, and maintain robust digital thread architectures, ensuring seamless cross-domain traceability and synchronization across the engineering lifecycle.
- Multi-CAD Master Mastery: Show expert-level proficiency in creating, configuring, and governing intelligent CAD models using industry-standard platforms—specifically Siemens NX, SolidWorks, and PTC Creo—with a strict focus on MBD best practices.
- MBD/GD&T; & PMI Execution: Drive the shift-left approach by embedding Product and Manufacturing Information (PMI), advanced 3D Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;), and metadata directly into the CAD models to eliminate the reliance on traditional 2D drawings.
- MBSE Maturity Assessment: Evaluate, benchmark, and elevate project-level capabilities by applying and defining MBSE Maturity Models, mapping out the transition from document-centric to fully mature, model-centric engineering pipelines.
