Role & responsibilities

- Design product packaging, labels, and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines
- Create engaging creatives for digital platforms (social media, ads, website banners)
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand campaign requirements
- Develop brand identity elements and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Coordinate with vendors/printers for production and quality output
- Stay updated with design trends and FMCG market insights
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Preferred candidate profile

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of packaging design & print production
- Experience in FMCG / consumer goods industry preferred
- Good knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout design
- Basic understanding of digital marketing creatives
- Ability to take feedback and iterate designs quickly
