Position Overview

We are looking for a specialized customer support professional to assist retail investors with German & European capital market queries, covering traditional securities and cryptocurrency trading.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to:

- Order placement, execution & product availability
- Market events and trading statuses

- Investigate failed, rejected or delayed trades and explain the root cause clearly.

- Support technical queries related to:
- Live trading
- Bid/ask spreads & slippage
- Liquidity & settlement processes

- Explain complex trading and financial concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.

Mandatory Requirements

- 6+ months experience in financial services customer support.




- Hands-on experience with securities and crypto transactions.
- English B2 minimum, with strong written & verbal communication.
- Solid numerical ability and analytical skills.

Required Domain Knowledge

- Capital Markets: Stocks, ETFs & Derivatives.
- Trading Operations: Order placement, execution, cancellation & rejection.
- Order Types: Market, Limit & Stop orders.
- Market Mechanics: Bid/ask spread, slippage, liquidity & instrument availability.
- European Markets: Understanding of German/European trading venues, including Lang & Schwarz Exchange and Bankhaus Scheich for crypto.
- Crypto: Knowledge of BTC, ETH, SOL and crypto pricing/spread mechanics.
