Key Responsibilities

- Create highquality 3D CAD models for complex sheet metal, machined, and plastic components.
- Generate detailed 2D manufacturing drawings with correct GD&T;, tolerances, BOM, and standard drafting practices.
- Perform 2D-to-3D, 3D-to-2D, and 3D-to-3D CAD conversions with high accuracy.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to support ECR/ECO processes and change management workflows.
- Ensure all CAD deliverables meet internal quality guidelines and customer standards.

Required Skills

- Solid experience using SolidWorks/ Creo for modelling, assemblies, drawings, configurations, and surface modelling.
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of sheet metal design rules, machining practices, and plastic component design.
- Hands-on experience with Engineering Change Request (ECR), Engineering Change Order (ECO), and PLM workflows.
- Good knowledge of GD&T;, drafting standards (ASME Y14.5).
- Experience working with Windchill PLM or similar PLM systems (Teamcenter, Agile, etc
