To lead and manage all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives to support organizational goals.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, Factory Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.
- Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
- Prepare HR budgets and monitor HR metrics for continuous improvement.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling,



and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate with production, safety, and finance teams for HR support.
- Lead audits and maintain documentation for ISO, TPM, and other standards.
- Liaise with government authorities and external agencies.
- Mentor and guide HR executives and support staff.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, Factory Act, and IR practices.
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in handling audits and statutory inspections.
- Ability to manage conflict and build employee trust.
- Proficiency in HRIS and time office systems.
