Job Title: Technical Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for automotive and embedded technology roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for IT/Automotive, Embedded, AUTOSAR, ADAS, ECU, Testing, and Software roles.
- Manage Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and candidate pipelines.
- Understand technical JDs and evaluate candidates against mandatory skills.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to close requirements within timelines.
Work location- Bangalore (Indira Nagar)
