Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage recent technologies to address complex business challenges while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach. Engaging in problem-solving discussions and contributing to the overall project strategy will be key aspects of your role, ensuring that the solutions you develop align with client needs and industry standards.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)




- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the team in project planning and execution
- Mentor team members and provide guidance
- Ensure project milestones are met on time.

Professional Technical Skills::
- Must-Have Skills:Proficiency in .Net Core and C#
- Experience in React JS
- Additional and optional skills preferred include Azure, Redux state management, Contentful DB, Jest Testing Tool
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and services
- Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end development
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Additional Information:
1. 8+ years of experience in Fullstack development in .NET Core
2. 3. Good Project Management experience Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
4. Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers .
5. A 15-year full time education is required.
