Job Role: IT Recruiter

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage full-lifecycle IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical skill requirements and headcount priorities.
- Source passive and active tech talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Monster), GitHub, and referral networks.
- Screen candidates for key technical stacks (e.g., Java, Python, React, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Data Engineering).
- Schedule and coordinate multi-stage interview loops with technical panels and leadership.
- Manage candidate communications, salary negotiations, offer extensions, and pre-boarding engagement to minimize dropouts.




- Maintain recruitment metrics and pipeline updates using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3 years of hands-on experience as an IT Recruiter in an agency or corporate workplace.
- Proven track record in sourcing mid-to-senior level software engineers and tech profiles.
- Strong familiarity with tech skill sets, frameworks, and industry hiring trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work onsite/hybrid out of HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
