Role Summary

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python/Django
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and database systems (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Create and refine algorithms for backend job scheduling and performance
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver solutions
- Conduct QA testing: test plans, regression, automation, performance/load testing
- Identify and document defects, debug issues, and ensure seamless feature integration
- Develop and maintain mobile/web applications using React & Flutter
- Build and deploy iOS/Android apps, enhance user experience, and troubleshoot issues
- Contribute to technical documentation and continuous process improvement
- Other projects assigned

Required Skills:

Solid experience with Python and Django / Django REST Framework

Good understanding of database design and ORM

Experience with API integrations

Familiarity with Git and version control

Basic understanding of cloud platforms
