Job Description

We are looking for Domain AI Trainers / RLHF Specialists with a strong background in Accounting and Finance to help improve the accuracy and quality of AI systems.

AI Trainers provide structured human feedback that helps AI models generate more accurate, relevant, and reliable responses.

The role involves evaluating AI-generated responses, identifying errors, preparing high-quality training data, and labeling or categorizing datasets based on defined guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and completeness.




- Review AI responses related to accounting and finance.
- Identify factual, logical, and domain-specific errors.
- Compare multiple AI responses and determine the most accurate response.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance.
- Prepare, review, classify, and label datasets used for AI training.
- Create high-quality examples and reference answers for AI systems.
- Validate accounting calculations and financial information generated by AI.
- Follow defined guidelines for AI response evaluation and data labeling.
- Identify recurring AI mistakes and help improve training and evaluation processes.
