- Manage community mobilization programs to promote corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local communities to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement skill development programs for marginalized groups, focusing on livelihood opportunities.
- Oversee program coordination activities such as placement services for vulnerable populations.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in area head or similar role in community development or corporate social responsibility.
- Solid understanding of community engagement strategies and practices.
- Proven track record in managing teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
