Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of digital strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation, ensuring successful implementation of new technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and internal teams.
Job Requirements :
- 12-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in digital strategy, digital transformation, and stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong understanding of the Heavy infrastructure/manufacturing industry trends and challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships at all levels.
