About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Wireman/Electrician/ITI Technician to support our electrical panel manufacturing and MEP site execution work. The role involves hands-on wiring, panel assembly, and installation/maintenance work under the guidance of senior engineers and supervisors.

Job Responsibilities

- Carry out wiring and assembly work for LT panels, PCC, MCC, APFC panels, and distribution boards as per drawings.
- Perform cable laying, termination, and glanding work at site/workshop.
- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical panels and systems.
- Read and follow electrical wiring diagrams and single-line diagrams (SLDs) under supervision.
- Carry out routine maintenance, fault-finding, and troubleshooting of electrical panels and circuits.
- Ensure proper use of tools, testing equipment, and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Coordinate with site engineers/supervisors for daily work planning and material requirements.




- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at the workshop/site.

Requirements

- Freshers or anyone with minimum 1 year experience
- ITI certificate in Electrician or Wireman trade (good to have not mandatory).
- Valid Wireman License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
- Basic knowledge of panel wiring, cabling, and electrical tools.
- Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and drawings.
- Physically fit and comfortable with site/workshop-based work.
- Good understanding of electrical safety practices.
- Willingness to work at client sites when required.
