Position: Production Supervisor Bulk Material Handling / Conveyor
Company: Modtech Material Handling Projects Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Alwar, Rajasthan

Experience: 510 years in production/fabrication, preferably in conveyor systems, material handling equipment, heavy engineering or industrial fabrication.

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day production of belt conveyors, pipe conveyors, chutes, hoppers, pulleys, idlers and structural components.
- Plan production as per drawings, delivery schedules and project requirements.
- Monitor fabrication, welding, assembly, machining and finishing activities.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality and Project teams.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards and timelines are achieved.
- Read and interpret mechanical/fabrication drawings.
- Monitor manpower, machines,



material availability and shop-floor productivity.
- Conduct inspection at various stages and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Maintain production records and daily progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures on the shop floor.
- Handle subcontractors/fabricators and resolve production-related issues.

Preferred Skills:

- Good knowledge of belt conveyor manufacturing and fabrication.
- Knowledge of welding, structural fabrication and mechanical assembly.
- Ability to manage a team of welders, fitters and helpers.
- Strong knowledge of MS/SS fabrication and industrial equipment.
- Positive understanding of BOM, drawings and production planning.
- Experience in bulk material handling projects will be highly preferred.
