Project Construction Manager Electrical Construction

Responsibilities

- Project Execution: Lead electrical construction activities at project sites, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.
- Planning Progress: Monitor site progress against planned schedules, identify deviations and drive corrective actions for timely project completion.
- Site Resource Management: Manage electrical subcontractors, manpower, materials and resources to ensure optimum productivity and productive site execution.
- Coordination: Coordinate with Design, MEP, Civil, PMC, consultants and customers to resolve technical and execution-related issues and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Quality Safety: Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures, statutory requirements and EHS standards, minimizing rework, defects and safety risks.
- Project Closure: Drive testing, commissioning, snag closure, documentation and timely handover of electrical works.
