About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial projects end to end. You will own the design vision, mentor junior designers, and work closely with clients and execution teams to deliver high-quality interiors on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead concept development, space planning, detailed drawings, and 3D visualisation.
- Manage client presentations, design approvals, and revisions.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting for each project.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and site teams during execution.
- Mentor and review the work of junior designers.
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements




- 3-6 years of professional interior design experience.
- Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently.
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
- A solid portfolio of completed residential or commercial projects.
