About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and execution work at project sites. You will ensure work is completed to quality standards, on schedule, and in line with approved designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise on-site civil, carpentry, electrical, and finishing work.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and labour to meet timelines.
- Ensure execution matches approved drawings and quality standards.
- Track material requirements, deliveries, and site inventory.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve on-site issues.
- Report progress to project managers and the design team.

Requirements
- 3-6 years of site supervision experience in interiors or construction.
- Robust understanding of execution, materials, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret interior drawings.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel between project sites in and around Ahmedabad.
