Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in current accounts, CASA sales, and retail liabilities.
- Identify current opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products to existing customers.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, relationship managers, and other internal teams.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in banking or a related industry.
