Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities across jewellery manufacturers, retailers, brands, exporters, wholesalers and diamond companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and jewellery industry stakeholders.
- Drive sales of grading, certification and related gemological services.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, understand business requirements and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal grading, operations and customer-service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
