> Source candidates through job portals, social media and professional networks.
• Screen resumes according to job requirements
• Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interviews
• Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews
• Explain job roles and internship opportunities to candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Follow up with shortlisted and selected candidates
• Coordinate with team leaders and departmental managers
• Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports

> Persuing Graduation, freshers and recent graduates.
• Candidates interested in recruitment and Human Resources.
• Individuals with valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates comfortable with calling and interacting with applicants.
