Experience Experiences Qualification BE/B.Tech/MCA Experience
- 8+ years of delivery excellence experience in a software services / software product development organization (primary requirement)
- 4+ years of proven implementation(dev/test) / support experience in a software services/ software product development organization preferred
- Experience in managing projects desirable
- Knowledge and Experience in SDLC process methodologies viz., agile(Protected preferred)/waterfall, project management,ALM and development/test tools, devops, process improvement techniques like Lean, emerging areas like SaaS
- Experience in change initiatives preferred
