The Operations Manager for ODYSSIA s Footwear Manufacturing Unit will oversee and manage all production-related activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the footwear manufacturing process. This role is key to optimizing production, managing supply chain and inventory, maintaining quality standards, and leading teams to meet business objectives. The Operations Manager will ensure the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and continual improvement strategies to drive productivity and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize production processes
- Manage product knowledge (PU segment)
- Oversee supply chain inventory
- Control cost maintenance
- Lead communicate with teams
- Ensure compliance quality assurance
- Maximize space resource utilization
- Implement lean manpower optimization





Qualifications:

- Bachelor s/Master s in operations management, engineering, or related field
- 3+ years in operations management (footwear or similar)
- Knowledge of lean, six sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement
- Proficient in google sheets, ERP, data analysis
- Strong leadership problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full time

Location: Calicut

Pay: 2,76,000 - 3,00,000 per year
