- Manage debt collection processes for NBFC clients, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.

- Conduct hard bucket analysis to identify potential issues and develop strategies for resolution.

- Handle settlements with customers, negotiating payment plans or resolving disputes as needed.

- Monitor microfinance portfolios to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize defaults.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and improve overall collections performance.
