Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead our plastics manufacturing operations in Ghana. The role will be responsible for the overall management of production, engineering, maintenance, quality, recycling, cost control, safety, and plant profitability.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical and operational experience in Blown Film Extrusion, PP Sheet Extrusion, Thermoforming, Plastic/PE Recycling, and Packaging Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations and drive plant performance.
- Improve productivity, OEE, machine utilization, product quality, and production yield.




- Manage multiple manufacturing departments, including production, maintenance, quality, stores, utilities, and warehousing.
- Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure effective production planning, inventory control, and on-time delivery.
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, energy consumption, scrap levels, and overall plant profitability.
- Develop and mentor cross-functional teams while building a strong performance-driven culture.
