Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international clients

· Provide customer support, technical assistance, or sales services as per process

· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

· Follow international communication standards and scripts

· Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets

· Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required
