Job Description:

- Draft assessments of IWPB Strategic Execution Controls: Design & Operating Effectiveness, Overall Control Workplace

- Control Monitoring training & support for Control Leads in Tier-1 portfolios.

- Coordinate & follow up Self-Assessment submission by Tier-1 portfolios.

- Provide Assurance commentary / feedback / corrections to T1s' Self-Assessments

- Circulate comms, run Assurance Briefing sessions, responds to control-related queries.

- Track Standards MSIIs / Audit Issues from IWPB & T1 portfolios

- Essential Skills : Hands-on experience in Agile delivery, and/or NFR assessment & management, skilled in MI/analytics (particularly Excel), familiar with Clarity & Jira.

- Preferred experience : Candidates have previously worked for HSBC in delivery or portfolio roles
