Job Role Sales Engineer

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Engineers to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a robust career in industrial sales, business development, and client management.

Sales Engineer / Sales Executive Industrial Products

- Location: Jaipur.
- Experience: 08 Years.
- Salary: 21,000 to 35,000 per month.
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E (Mechanical / Electrical) or B.Sc (Physics / Mathematics).

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and develop new sales leads and business opportunities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Support senior sales team in client meetings and product presentations.
- Maintain sales reports,



client records, and documentation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Follow up with leads and clients to convert opportunities into sales
- Help prepare sales proposals and quotations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Work with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Work Structure: 50 to 60% Field Work and 40 to 50% Office Work
- Salary Range: Rs. 21,000 to 35,000 per month (based on experience)
