Company Description Breather creates space for meaningful conversations at work by using stories and short films to help people explore new perspectives together. Instead of delivering fixed lessons or answers, Breather designs experiences that spark dialogue around leadership, communication, trust, empathy, culture, and other important themes.

These experiences are used in leadership programs, team off-sites, culture initiatives, and learning events where bringing people closer is essential. Breather focuses on providing thoughtfully crafted content and environments that encourage people to pause, reflect, and talk. The goal is to give organizations something worth thinking about, so that a good story can achieve what a standard presentation often cannot.

Role Description In this role, you'll help us find the organisations and people who could genuinely connect with what we're building. You'll research companies, identify the right people across HR, L&D;, People & Culture and Employee Experience, build prospect lists, reach out through LinkedIn and email, start conversations and follow up. You'll also help us understand where Breather could fit within leadership programmes, team offsite, culture initiatives and learning experiences, while keeping track of conversations, opportunities and what we're learning along the way.

You'll work closely with the founding team, so this isn't about following a sales script or simply sending out messages. You'll see how a new idea finds its way into organisations — from the first introduction to a real conversation, and hopefully, to a first experience.

You could come from business, HR, psychology, communications, media, theatre, hospitality, liberal arts — or somewhere completely different. What matters is how you think, how you communicate, how comfortable you are reaching out to people, and how willing you are to learn.

A quick note about the role: This is a performance-linked, incentive-based internship with no fixed monthly stipend. The incentive structure will be explained clearly during the selection process, so you'll know exactly how it works before joining.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and familiarity with basic Finance concepts to research prospects, assess opportunities, and interpret partnership data.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including explicit written and verbal communication for outreach, presentations, and partner correspondence.
- Customer Service orientation to build positive relationships, respond to inquiries professionally, and support partner needs.
- Interest or experience in Training, learning experiences, or organizational development, especially in leadership and culture contexts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort using online collaboration platforms.
- Curiosity about storytelling, film, or creative communication in corporate settings is highly beneficial.
