Job Summary:

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 migrations and deployments, along with providing post-deployment support and on-demand training. You should demonstrate a strong willingness to learn advanced cloud technologies and continuously develop your communication and soft skills.

Responsibilities

Setup & deploy cloud services like Google Work Space & Office365

Migration to Google Work Space & Office365 from other platforms.

Meet support SLAs

Independently analyze, troubleshoot, identify risks and escalate ahead of time.

To help customers with their queries and problems.

Provide training to customers.

Keep yourself updated with the latest technology and product updates.





To evangelize our products to the customer and help them adapt in the best possible way.

Requirements

Expert in Communication & Collaboration Administration.

Sound knowledge of AD, Exchange & LDAP.

Sound knowledge of DNS and Google Workspace deployment, with relevant certification.

Fair Knowledge of scripting (Powershell or Linux or Python).

Good understanding of DLP systems (mail & web)

Valuable understanding of web proxies and DNS

Strong customer handling skills to wow them.

Willingness to get trained & certified on Google and Microsoft services.
