JOB SUMMARY

To supervise and control the day-to-day operations of cone winding and cheese winding, ensuring production targets, yarn quality, machine efficiency, manpower utilization, and safety standards are achieved as per company requirements.

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / Any Degree preferred.
Textile-related qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience

0–3 years of experience in winding operations.
Experience in yarn dyeing / cone winding / cheese winding / textile processing preferred.
Candidates with experience in supervising winding machines and manpower will be preferred.
Required Skills

Good knowledge of cone and cheese winding processes.
Basic knowledge of yarn quality and winding defects.
Manpower handling and shift management.
Production planning and reporting.
Problem-solving ability.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
