Job Role: Attending day-to-day machine breakdowns of the Weld shop, Managing shifts, spares planning & performing preventive/predictive maintenance activities Reporting To: Respective section head

Job Responsibilities

. Attending Day to day machine breakdowns of Weld shop machines (Robots, Conveyor, Lifts, Hemming machine, Sealer system)

. He should be able to fix fault in the above m/cs

.He should be able to manage shift

. Preventive & predictive maintenance planning & execution

. Spare parts planning,

. Analysis and preparation of various reports like 5w1H, Monthly,etc

. Knowhow of ISO:9001/14000/45001 system

Competencies / Skills

1. Pneumatic circuit systems of Sealer system

2. Hydraulic circuit systems of Hemming machine

3. Mechanical systems of Hemming machine, Conveyors, Lifts, Sealer system, Robots, ATC unit, AGV etc

4. Mechanical drawings andparts knowledge

5. Electrical circuit, Servo, PLC programming, CC link, Device Networking

6. Robot Programming & Trouble shooting

7. Ability to prioritize & deploy resources, coordinate with production
