ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly creative and visually driven Graphic Designer with a solid background in creative/advertising agencies and proven hands-on experience in AI-powered design and creative production.

The ideal candidate should be capable of taking a brief from concept to execution and developing premium, contemporary, and impactful visual communication across digital and print platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, marketing campaigns, events, and print communication.
- Translate campaign objectives and creative briefs into strong visual concepts.
- Develop distinctive creative directions and compelling visual storytelling.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned visual communication.
- Collaborate with branding, marketing, content, and creative teams.
- Integrate AI-powered tools into ideation, visual development, image generation, production, and creative enhancement.
- Explore emerging design trends, AI tools, creative technologies, and visual styles.
- Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of design quality.
- Manage multiple creative requirements and deliver projects within defined timelines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The following are mandatory:

- 2–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Prior experience in a creative, advertising, branding, or design agency is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI-powered creative and design tools is mandatory.




- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across branding, advertising, campaigns, marketing communication, and social media.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy, and brand aesthetics.
- Excellent conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to independently understand briefs and develop creative concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design and creative software.

DESIGN AND AI SKILLS

Strong working knowledge of relevant creative tools, including:

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro

Candidates must also demonstrate practical experience using AI-powered creative tools for concept development, image generation, visual exploration, creative enhancement, and production.

We are particularly interested in designers who can effectively combine strong design fundamentals, agency-level creative thinking, and AI technology to create distinctive and high-quality visual communication.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

- Experience working on integrated advertising and branding campaigns is an advantage.
- Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows and emerging visual technologies is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of current digital and social media design trends.

IMPORTANT

This is a Graphic Design, Branding, and Creative role.

This is not a UI/UX, Product Design, or Web Design position.

Agency experience and strong AI design expertise are mandatory requirements for this role.
