Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test scenarios, test cases, and test plans for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
- Test Salesforce applications across Net Zero Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, business processes, and integrations.
- Test Salesforce components including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Validation Rules, APIs, and Security Model.
- Perform testing of integrations involving REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and external enterprise applications.
- Validate data migration, bulk data uploads, data transformations, and data reconciliation.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate with developers, Salesforce administrators, business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure quality.
- Develop and maintain automated regression test suites where applicable.
- Participate in test planning, defect triage, release validation, and production support activities.
- Ensure testing follows defined quality standards and Salesforce best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation, and testing methodologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Quality Engineering / Testing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Net Zero Cloud
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud




- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform and architecture
- Experience testing Apex, LWC, Flows, Validation Rules, APIs, and integrations
- Solid experience in Functional, SIT, Regression, UAT, and End-to-End Testing
- Experience with Salesforce data migration and data validation
- Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations
- Strong defect management and test management experience
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools
- Strong test documentation skills, including test scenarios, test cases, execution reports, and defect reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce QA / Quality Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience across Net Zero Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Strong functional and technical understanding of Salesforce
- Experience in end-to-end Salesforce testing and integration validation
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment
