A growing organization looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to drive organic growth, SEO performance and overall digital presence across multiple websites and projects.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing & SEO Lead who has independently handled multiple websites/projects across different industries and domains and understands how to build organic growth from the ground up.

The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of a website from 0 → growth → strong Google rankings → sustainable digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle websites from scratch, including website planning, development coordination, SEO strategy and growth.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies covering keyword research, competitor analysis and search intent analysis.
- Manage Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and Local SEO.
- Develop content strategies and oversee content development.
- Manage internal linking, website architecture and link-building strategies.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze performance through Google Search Console and Google Analytics / GA4.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles.
- Develop and implement content strategies capable of ranking competitive keywords.
- Take websites from very low/zero organic visibility to Page 1 and, preferably, Position 1.
- Develop location-based SEO strategies and scale pages across multiple cities without creating low-quality or duplicate content.
- Rank services/products across India, including Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.
- Monitor keyword movements and continuously optimize content, technical implementation and backend SEO based on ranking performance.
- Monitor competitors and identify current ranking opportunities.
- Manage multiple SEO/digital marketing projects simultaneously.
- Develop realistic SEO roadmaps based on business objectives,



budgets and available resources.
- Optimize output and results while working within tight budgets and limited resources.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO executives, content writers, interns and freelancers.
- Identify skill gaps and participate in hiring suitable team members.
- Delegate work, establish priorities and monitor execution.
- Maintain SEO trackers, keyword trackers, content calendars, task trackers and performance reports.
- Coordinate SEO, content, social media and website activities as one integrated digital strategy.
- Manage the company's broader digital presence, including social media platforms and content distribution.
- Focus on lead generation and conversion in addition to traffic and rankings.
- Work closely with senior management/business owners and translate business objectives into digital marketing targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 4–5+ years of relevant experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Proven experience handling multiple websites/projects across different industries and domains.
- Strong expertise in SEO strategy, keyword research, competitor analysis and search intent analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience across Technical, On-Page, Off-Page and Local SEO.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, website architecture, internal linking and link building.
- Strong understanding of AI Search / AI SEO / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Understanding of visibility across Google and AI-driven search platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project-management and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor SEO, content and digital marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion—not just traffic and rankings.
- Comfortable working with senior management/business owners and translating business goals into measurable digital marketing targets.
