Role Description This full-time Intern role is an on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The intern will support engineering and operations teams with day-to-day tasks such as data collection, basic analysis, documentation, and coordination for rolling mill and steel-related projects. Responsibilities may include assisting in quality checks, updating project records, supporting research and development initiatives, and helping maintain production and process documentation.



The intern will also collaborate with cross-functional team members, learn industry best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement activities under close supervision and guidance.
Qualifications

- Strong interest in mechanical, industrial, or production engineering and the steel/rolling mill industry.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control concepts, and safety practices.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively on-site.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and methods.
- Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Ghaziabad and adapt to a rapid-paced industrial environment.
